These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FitRank app, developed by Workshop Labs, LLC. By using FitRank on iOS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
2. Account Registration
To access FitRank features, you must create an account using your email address. Authentication is handled via a one-time password (magic link) sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account to prevent unauthorized access.
3. Subscription and Payments
FitRank may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases managed by Apple or RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your device's settings. Workshop Labs, LLC does not directly process payments or issue refunds; these are handled by the platform provider.
4. User Content and Challenges
You are responsible for the accuracy of activity logs you submit (e.g., exercise counts). By joining a challenge, you agree to share your display name, avatar, and exercise contributions with other challenge participants. We reserve the right to remove users who submit fraudulent or misleading activity data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FitRank for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt service, reverse engineer the app, or harass other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or compromise app integrity.
6. Health Disclaimer
FitRank is designed for tracking fitness activities and social competition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. Workshop Labs, LLC is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from physical activities tracked through the app.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, and source code associated with FitRank are owned by Workshop Labs, LLC. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the app for personal fitness tracking purposes only.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@fitrank.app. Workshop Labs, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the app. Upon deletion, all data associated with your account will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Workshop Labs, LLC does not guarantee that FitRank will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workshop Labs, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted in the app with a new effective date. Continued use of FitRank after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
